  • SMITH LAKE SEASONAL CAMPSITE APPLICATION INFORMATION

    The (KCCB) is accepting applications for seasonal campsites at Smith Lake for the 2026 camping season. The fifteen seasonal campsites are located on the northeast side of the lake and each site has water, electrical and sewer hookup. Each site also has a picnic table and fire ring. Campers have the option of renting the sites on a seasonal basis from May 1– October 31 at a fee of $2,250 per site. The application form and site map are available online at the mycountyparks.com /County/Kossuth website. Once on the site, click on the “Show More’ link to continue reading the brief description about Kossuth County Conservation. Below that is the “Related Items” section. Within that section is the link to the 2026 Seasonal Site Application as well as a site map. If you have any questions, contact the KCCB office at 515-295-2138. The application deadline is 4:00 P.M. on Friday, March 13th.
