BRAK - Bikes for Kids Annual Ride

WHAT IS B.R.A.K.?
B.R.A.K. stands for Bike Ride About Kids, and for 12 years this event has been pedaling with a purpose—helping provide bikes to children in need.

SATURDAY, JUNE 20
Join us for a fun, family-friendly event in the Algona community!

COST
All activities and participation are FREE for everyone.
Optional BRAK event t-shirts are available for $15 each and must be ordered in advance (deadline June 5th). Shirts will not be available the day of the event.

REGISTRATION
Registration and release forms can be completed online prior to the event or in person the morning of the event.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Registration – 9:30 A.M. at the Algona YMCA
Ride Begins – 10:00 A.M.
Post-Ride Activities – 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. (YMCA backyard)

THE RIDE
Enjoy a short and easy 3.5-mile route along Algona’s trail system and through friendly neighborhoods—perfect for riders of all ages.

BONUS FUN
Watch for hidden donuts along the route. Find one and be entered into a grand prize drawing.

AFTER THE RIDE
Head to the YMCA backyard for donuts, popcorn, giant yard games, water sprinklers, and more family-friendly activities.

NOT RIDING?
Join the fun starting at 11:00 A.M. in the YMCA backyard—no bike required.
