\n\nAs an avid exerciser &\; one that had a surprise cancer diagnoses in 2015 I know what it&rsquo\;s like to have our health compromised-NOW we do this for those currently unable.
\nThis organization &ldquo\;Exercise from the Heart&rdquo\; was created to help specific families when needs arise\, but to have these funds readily available to help when life happens and we weren&rsquo\;t ready for it\, sometimes things happen and our world as we know it is changed. By joining this event YOU are part of this movement to give back and give hope to those that need it during what is possibly a life altering time. For that I THANK YOU!
