DESCRIPTION:75th Annual Band Day Festival - Come see\, listen\, & enjoy a variety of floats\, vehicles\, and school marching bands\, on Saturday\, September 30\, 2023 for the annual Band Day parade and field competition. We are especially excited this year to celebrate the 75th anniversary of this popular Algona tradition! Special activities have been planned for this year's celebration including a float contest\, alumni band\, color guard kids camp\, and fireworks! You can still enter your business or organization in our Band Day parade   contact the Chamber today!\n\n	NEW this year is a Food Truck Food Court at the corner of Thorington & State Street to offer more food options during the festival. Six food trucks will be available from noon   6 p.m. In honor of our fallen police officer Kevin Cram\, the Chamber has teamed up with Hy-Vee to make the food court a fundraiser for the Cram family\; 25% of profits from the food trucks will go to the family.\n\nFollowed by the Algona Band Day Field Competition at the AHS stadium
